Information provided in respect of any Artwork (whether verbally or in writing) is not a representation of fact but rather a statement of opinion held by the Estate. The Estate does not give any warranty or representation of any kind nor assumes any responsibility as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of information or any other statement of opinion it provides through its website, provision of services and on this website. Any views expressed by the Estate shall not extend to subsequent owners of the Artwork, including recipients by way of gift from the original buyer, heirs, successors, beneficiaries and assigns. The Estate shall not be liable for any damages, whether such damage is characterised as direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, based on contract, tort or otherwise, without limitation and any such damage is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
